This is a Polyethylene  Tape that has an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene film with an aggressive acrylic adhesive. Its high chemical and abrasion resistance and extremely low coefficient of friction make this a versatile material for many applications, Hard cards, Bulldozer edge, slim foot Quick foot, and most anything that you want to glide better and reduce/eliminate scratching of the film.
Your tools will now slide freely over the surface with no sticking.  This product was designed to Outwear Teflon many times over and is a good replacement or to put over existing slip tape.
